Hello! My name is Tea (she/her), and I am a small freelance artist living in Southern California. Basics
━ All purchases are done via Stripe invoice or through Ko-Fi unless stated otherwise.━ My art, designs, and characters, are not allowed to be used as NFTs under ANY circumstances! If you spot my art, designs, or characters being used please contact me!━ I do not allow any of my art to be used for commercial use, only personal use! If you are interested in doing something for commercial use let me know and we can work something out.━ I do not accept deadlines! If you want a commission by a certain date, please order ahead of time for said commission.━ I have the right to refuse any commission as I see fit.━ I give out refunds if you request one, but only if I haven't started! Once a sketch has been completed and approved a refund is out of the question.━ Reversed payments/chargebacks will automatically get you blacklisted and publicly called out.━ I will not start the commission until I have been fully paid.
Digital Art
━ Please give me at least two weeks to two months to start and finish your commission.━ I only work Monday through Friday so if you purchase a commission on the weekend, I will begin the progress that following Monday.━ I give out refunds if you have not seen a sketch from me within two weeks from you paying for it.━ Character color palettes do change to fit my theme! If you are not okay with that, I would recommend not commissioning me. Usually some of the colors are more muted/warmer.
Physical Art
━ Pricing may change depending on size and complexity.━ Turnaround time can range from a month to 4 depending on said commission please keep this in mind when ordering one. Custom items only.━ Payment plans are only available if the commission is over $150 or if I state otherwise. Custom items only.
Shipping
━ I tend to ship items out whenever I have a way to the post office/drop off box. I will always update you once it's been dropped off.━ Domestic customers pay a shipping fee if the item is under $25 while international customers pay a shipping fee if the fee is around half of the item. This does not include added shipping or editing fees.━ All items come with a tracking number! Please keep in mind that due to COVID some delays are bound to happen. I cannot control how fast your item gets to you once I ship it out.Estimated shipping times:
Domestic: 1 - 2 weeks
International: 4 - 6+ weeks━ Partial refunds are only given if your item is marked as lost! Please keep in mind that due to COVID and holidays there will be delays.
FAQ
Please refer to the information here before asking me any questions! Some questions I may not be comfortable answering, please do not harass me into giving you info I do not want to disclose.
✿ What do you use to draw?My main program is Paint Tool SAI v2 with a Huion H610PRO (Graphics Tablet).I use also use Procreate with a 6 Generation IPad (9.7 Inch)
✿ Do you give out your brush settings?I am sorry, but no I don't. I don't use any custom brushes for sketches, line art, or shading. They are all the default brushes for both programs. I will change the textures here and there though. With this being said I prefer to keep my brushes private as I change their settings often and I would like to keep them personal to me and my art style.
✿ How long have you been drawing?I have been drawing pretty much since I could hold a pencil, but I didn't start doing digital art until late 2016(?). Back then I would use Wacom tablets.
✿ Will you take something other than money for commissions?I will not, so sorry! I do have a pet to take care of as well as my own needs. Rarely will I accept an offer that is not money for something unless it is small. Regardless of this please do not ask me!
✿ Do you take requests?I do! Only for my Ko-fi memberships though! My $8 Sunshine tier and up have the chance of getting a monthly reward from me as well as the option to request certain things from me when I offer openings.
✿ Do you do art trades?I do these as well! I prefer to come to you with a trade request though as I am usually busy, and I don't want to overwhelm myself. I will publicly announce when I am accepting trades!
✿ Why are your shipping fees to high?I apologize! If I could make them lower, I absolutely would! My shipping prices are set high due an increase of shipping fees via USPS and location.I do split shipping fees in half and take the average amount, so you normally do not pay the full amount.

Due to my random schedule it is hard for me to pin point when I will open commissions. I usually will make a story post or update my instagram channel before hand.Commissions always open first for my memberships a few days before I make a public announcement.

Rainbow Mail Q&A
✿ What is Rainbow Mail?Rainbow Mail is a limited tier apart of my Ko-Fi memberships! It is a tier that allows me to send physical mail and gifts to members once a month.The physical mail includes a 4 inch keychain, 2 stickers or 1 sticker and a wooden or acrylic pin. Once a month I will choose 2 people at random to win a 4x6 traditional drawings of your character!
✿ What about VATs?If you need to pay for VAT please sign up to my Patreon! Patreon will cover your VAT fees!
✿ Who can join the tier?Almost anyone can join! I can ship to anywhere that my shipping courier can provide tracking for (check here). Though some shipping restrictions might come into play.I cannot ship any mail to Germany due to their shipping laws passed in July of 2022! If you sign up and you are from Germany I will have to cancel your membership and refund you.
✿ When will you ship things out?I try to ship things out during the first week of the following month. Example: If you sign up in April, I will ship your package between May 1st - May 7th.
✿ What are the cutoff dates?If you want to be eligible for stickers and a keychain, you can sign up any time before the 1st of the following month. If you want to sign up to the raffle to win a doodle, you can sign up before the 25th of that month. If you sign up past the 25th you will have to join the next raffle the following month.Example: Joined in May 2022

✿ Why are acrylic charms posted a month ahead?Due to the long production time it takes to get the charms manufactured they will take longer to get to me. I simply post about them a month early so I have a bit more wiggle room and so they can be shipped out with the other rewards in time.
✿ Do we get tracking?Yes! All packages containing keychains come with a tracking number that I will send to you via discord + through your email.
✿ What will happen if our package is lost in the mail?Sadly I can't control this and I can only keep my fingers crossed that this will not happen. If you package is in fact lost in the mail (typically if you haven't gotten your package within 3 months) I will replace it, if possible. If I am unable to replace your package I will refund you if you choose.
✿ What is in your supporter only shop?Extra stickers and pins from my past rainbow mail months are added into my monthly supporter shop! They are usually added towards the beginning of the next month. Anyone from any of my membership tiers can purchase them until they sell out. I also add old acrylic charm prompts but their price is increased by $5!
